The biggest stories now seem to be: Israel and Iran, the Trump presidency (lawfare and judges), immigration (migrants and illegals), wars, weaponization of government (the deep state) against Trump and conservatives, our nation’s debt, massive inflation, climate change controversy and related expenses of government, industry attempting to address these issues, the Chinese threat, national security, abortion, taxpayer cuts, Ukraine peace, and hatred and violence against Christians.

Understanding EIPCa’s Federal Legislative Proposal

In the past 15 years, the tireless work of EIPCa’s trained elections Observers and EIPCa’s Data Analysis Group has amassed troubling information about the fatal flaws in California’s election system.

For the first few years, we met regularly with county elections officials in order to inform and educate them regarding our findings. EIPCa leadership met with the Lead Counsel of California’s Secretary of State, and even made a full-day presentation of our documentation for the California Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Surely, we thought, these public officials would address and resolve the many issues that threatened the integrity of California elections.

Californians Face New Laws: Gov. Gavin Newsom Signs 794 Bills in 2025

SACRAMENTO–Governor Gavin Newsom signed 794 of the 917 bills that were sent to him in 2025 by the California Legislature. He vetoed 123 bills or 14 percent of the bills received. According to 30-year Sacramento lawyer and lobbyist Chris Micheli, writing for the California Globe, this was the least amount of bills that Newsom has signed during his seven years as Governor with the exception of the two COVID years of 2020 (signed 372 of 428 bills) and of 2021 (signed 770 of 836 bills).  During all seven years he signed 5,770 bills out of 6,641 that were sent to him with vetoes for 931 bills.

Reform California Hits 1,159,377 Signatures for Voter ID Campaign

ESCONDIDO–Reform California announced at a Jan. 28 zoom webinar that the California Voter ID Initiative has now received 1,159,377 signatures. The goal is to collect 150,000 more signatures and the campaign is asking all volunteers to mail back their signatures no later than Friday, Feb. 6. “This is the final stretch,” says Reform California Chairman Carl DeMaio. “If you have signatures, get them in now.”

New California Petitions Congress to Become 51st State

January 26, 2026
REDDING–The Reorganized California Convention held Jan. 23-24 at the Red Lion Hotel with 100 attendees from throughout California ended with a reading of three resolutions challenging “the tyranny of California’s failed and corrupt government” and a unanimous vote to petition the U.S. Congress to become a 51st State with a special appeal to President Donald J. Trump.
