The presidential pardoned inmate (by Donald J. Trump) was assaulted Sunday, Jan. 18 and placed in solitary confinement and given an additional felony assault charge for attempting to defend herself.

PUEBLO, COLORADO–On Sunday, Jan. 18, Tina Peters was assaulted at approximately 9PM MT in La Vista Correctional Facility. Tina was inside a maintenance closet to fill up a water unit when an inmate approached her in the closet and began striking her in anger.

Varholak at the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse (901 19th Street) that Peters’ imprisonment without bail violates her 1st Amendment rights.
