Puerto Rico Enacts Groundbreaking Law Recognizing Unborn Babies as Persons from Conception

December 28: Gateway Pundit by Cassandra MacDonald

In a significant victory for the pro-life movement, Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González Colón has signed a new law that officially recognizes unborn babies as “natural persons” from the moment of conception.

The legislation, known as Senate Bill 504 or PS 504, amends the territory’s Civil Code to affirm the preborn baby’s personhood for civil purposes, such as inheritance rights.

Signed into law in late December, the measure establishes a legal and moral precedent by embedding the recognition of life beginning at conception within Puerto Rico’s framework.

George Soros Pours Money into Corrupt New York AG Letitia James’s Re-Election Campaign

December 28: Gateway Pundit by Ben Kew

George Soros’ political machine has donated more than $71,000 to New York Attorney General Letitia James since 2019, according to state campaign finance records.

The donations, first reported by The New York Post, include $18,000 Soros gave James in July 2024 and $13,000 contributed by his daughter-in-law, Jennifer Soros, in May.

Records show the Soros family provided an additional $40,000 to James across earlier campaign cycles. Roughly $31,000 of the total was directed toward her current re-election effort. Those figures do not include political support James receives through organizations heavily financed by Soros, most notably the Working Families Party (WFP). Since 2016, Soros’ Open Society network has transferred $23.7 million to the Working Families Party via its fundraising arm, Working Families Organization Inc.

Soros and his family members have also donated at least $865,000 directly to the party’s New York affiliate since 2018.

  • Somehow, it ballooned to $200 million — at taxpayers’ expense

Scam 4: MEDICAID FRAUD

  • Fraudsters identified Minnesota’s Medicaid coverage program for Housing Stabilization Services — a program meant to help people with disabilities, senior citizens, and people with mental illnesses

Trump Ending Automatic Green Cards for Migrants Marrying U.S. Citizens

January 2: Breitbart by Warner Todd Huston

Immigration lawyers are warning that federal agencies are increasingly skeptical when migrants claim to have legitimate marriages with Americans. The policy shift comes after President Donald Trump’s deputies began cracking down on rising rates of marriage-related visa fraud by migrants who pay Americans for temporary marriages.

While marrying a U.S. citizen has never been a locked-in guarantee that a migrant would be issued a green card, marriages have previously offered a huge boost to a migrant’s request for legal status. But that may be changing as immigration attorneys are finding that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are giving such marriages much closer scrutiny than ever before.

Kevin Kiley (R-CA), who has repeatedly highlighted the fraud occurring in California, noting, “Instead of stopping the fraud and theft and getting back the money, the plan is more taxes for already the highest taxed citizens in the country.”

Mickelson then got to the heart of the problem for Democrats if they actually address rampant fraud and illegal immigration.  It means the end of their party. “The dilemma for all Democrats is if you stop the fraud, illegal immigration, and voter fraud in CA,” Mickelson notes, “then Republicans win CA and have a huge majority throughout the country. The Democrat party all but ends.”
