Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt, the sole Republican challenger in the race against incumbent failure Karen Bass and Democrat Socialists of America city councilwoman Nithya Raman, is riding a wave of good news. When the latest campaign finance reports were released last week, Pratt had outraised both Bass and Raman. Then a Los Angeles legend, Lakers governor (and daughter of Jerry) Jeanie Buss, made a max-out contribution to Pratt’s campaign.
