Part 1 (introduction) of this article series highlighted the lessons learned during EIPCa’s 15-year journey in the fight for the restoration of election integrity in California, and presented a brief outline of EIPCa’s new initiative.

The purpose of this article on EIPCa’s federal election integrity legislative Proposal is to help make clear exactly what we are asking of Congress, what each portion of the Proposal means and how and why it is necessary if citizens are ever again to have faith and trust in their election system.

In the past 15 years, the tireless work of EIPCa’s trained elections Observers and EIPCa’s Data Analysis Group has amassed troubling information about the fatal flaws in California’s election system.

For the first few years, we met regularly with county elections officials in order to inform and educate them regarding our findings. EIPCa leadership met with the Lead Counsel of California’s Secretary of State, and even made a full-day presentation of our documentation for the California Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Surely, we thought, these public officials would address and resolve the many issues that threatened the integrity of California elections.

Reform California Hits 1,159,377 Signatures for Voter ID Campaign

ESCONDIDO–Reform California announced at a Jan. 28 zoom webinar that the California Voter ID Initiative has now received 1,159,377 signatures. The goal is to collect 150,000 more signatures and the campaign is asking all volunteers to mail back their signatures no later than Friday, Feb. 6. “This is the final stretch,” says Reform California Chairman Carl DeMaio. “If you have signatures, get them in now.”

REDDING, CA–Both Kim Yeater and Dr. Douglas G. Frank, moderators for Thursday’s “Take Our California Back” Forum praised Shasta County election reform and transparency efforts led by Registrar of Voters Clint Curtis in an event in which drew five GOP candidates promoting themselves for governor to the election office in the morning and a crowd of almost 100 attendees at Faith Community Church, 2570 S. Bonnyview Road, in the evening.

Reform California Hits 1 Million Signatures for Voter ID Campaign

ESCONDIDO–Reform California announced at a Jan. 7 zoom webinar that the California Voter ID Initiative has now received 1,001,287 signatures. Since 874,641 “valid” signatures are required to qualify for the 2026 ballot–200,000 additional signatures are being sought. A campaign internal audit shows that signatures gathered by volunteers have an 88 percent validity rate. The petition drive has a 75 percent validity rate overall. “I do not trust California Democrats,” said Reform California Chairman Carl DeMaio–”so I believe it is absolutely necessary that we collect 200,000 extra signatures on CA Voter ID petitions as an ‘insurance policy.’

ESCONDIDO–Reform California announced at a Dec. 17 zoom webinar that the California Voter ID Initiative has now received 820,000 signatures – and with only 180,000 signatures left to collect, the campaign is asking all volunteers to mail back their signatures no later than Dec. 31. “This is the final stretch,” says Reform California Chairman Carl DeMaio. “If you have signatures, get them in now.”

CA Voter ID Initiative Hits 712,000 Signatures In Just 2 Months

REDDING–The California Voter Initiative has already reached over 712,000 signatures of the 874,641 signatures needed to force the issue on the 2026 statewide ballot in just the first two months according to CA State Assemblyman Carl DeMaio, R-75, San Diego (Chair Reform California) speaking in front of a crowd of 50 petition gatherers at Faith Community Church, 2570 S. Bonneyview Road.

CALIRED NEWS–Some 112 Ventura County residents attended six workshops between July 23-26 to hear how Election Integrity Project Ca is pursuing federal legislation that will bring about national election reform with Founder and President Linda Paine stating: “Congress needs to act to save the Republic” because “the current electoral system in numerous states lacks the safeguards to guarantee citizens that their rights are protected and their voice is heard.”
